Should the City of Norfolk continue to fund the Airport?
Town Hall Question: Concerning Norfolk's airport. The Norfolk airport's budget was approximately $450,000 dollars for the fiscal years of 2002 - 2005. Then in 2006, 2007 and 2008 the current administrations cut the airports budget in half. The money was used for more important city projects. How important is the airport to the city? Should we maintain the Norfolk airport with good landing surfaces, good hangers and good fueling facilities?
