Acts With Honesty
NORFOLK — We are speaking and thinking for Tom Schommer, who was and is running for mayor of Norfolk.

We have known Tom a long time and though we are not “buddies,” we believe he acts with honesty and integrity. We find in Tom the qualities desirable for a town mayor.

He is fair to others, be they individuals or ideas. He deeply cares for the city of Norfolk. He thinks carefully about the perceived and real needs of the city and the people.

We believe his agenda is to work toward development of the city and what is good for the people.

He is willing to give every consideration toward needs and prospects, and so to develop a consensus of what is “right” for Norfolk.

We believe Tom is willing to learn, willing to listen, willing to give effort and time to the office of mayor. Therefore we believe Tom deserves every thoughtful consideration in the present as well as in the coming election.
