More Information Needed
NORFOLK — The Feb. 7 Daily News editorial aroused my interest.

It went beyond a recommendation of a selection consideration for city offices to include a favored location.

To select and endorse a favorite, you surely had an estimate of the project’s cost. The city has indicated a suitable new building would cost about $3 million. Could someone please provide the additional cost figures to include lot acquisition, landscaping and parking lot improvements/replacement (if any)?
